Hi "tomeka6" - On pictures maybe looks different but to me is all ok. "adamkijak" - I also don't know that this belong to "scratch building" so I can not answer on this theme. "Diobeu" & "Coppercat" & "mikemc" - This CNC is home-made and it was made by my friend, with mistake 0,02 mm. CNC could make everything you want, all is dependent on precision and mill tools. The small mill tool which I have home is 0,3 mm. How is CNC work? The first condition is drawing 3D, if you don't draw CNC will not do anything. I'm drawing with programme Solidworks. Picture 1: I choose area on which I will draw "Front Plane" Picture 2: I draw form of nut Picture 3: I define dimension of nut Picture 4: to nut I define thickness Picture 5: the nut is concluded Picture 6: on nut I choose the new area Picture 7: I draw circle and define largeness Picture 8: I define cutting Picture 9: the nut is ended Now follow part 2. This what I sketched in programme Solidworks I need to change to ending "dxf" because of programme Artcam and making "g code". In programme I define which mill tool I will use and also depth of mill tool. Picture 10: Artcam programme Picture 11: nut and circle are encircled with red colour; this line means way of mill tool. Now follow part 3 - CNc where I use programme "Mach3". Picture 12: on left you see numbers, this is "g code"; on right you see nut, which it need to make out.

Hi "tomeka6" - CNC is really good stuff, but is not very simple. That you make model 1:24 you need a lot of time. "Bredzio" - Is really good to have CNC but is not simple as it looks. I have CNC 19 months and I still can not do everything. This is Schwarzmuller, how much old is it I don't know. It will be similar like this on your picture.

Hi 'tomeka6' I have one good idea for this trailer which was selling modelmaker.shop but about this I will tell you later. For Steelbro Trailer I'm not 100% sure that is this project from Auslowe. I could ask him but not over Facebook because is this for me very stupid net side. Yes problem with pictures I cause me because I'm loading on 'photobucked' and this pictures I displaced in new folder and the pictures were disappeared. Hi "tomeka6" Thank you for welcome on the forum. I don't like the trailer from Dutch Model Club, I think that it could be made more beautiful. The trailer which I'm making has got 3 achses and is newer than Dutch Modele. Complete trailer will be made with CNC, except mudguards and tyres will be from Italeri. The trailer will be grey. Which tractor will I make I don't know yet, probably will be Iveco Stralis. It could happen that tractor will wait because I have in plan making one interesting trailer for exceptional transport. Hi My new project is EU container trailer for 20' container. All parts I will make with CNC. I will use Tyres and mudguards from Italeri. For drawing I'm using 3D programme. All parts I will make from Polystyrole. I decided that for this trailer I will do 2 chassis, namely one chassis will be designed for Italeri container which it doesn't have right measures, the second chassis will be for real container or tank container. 20' Italeri container has 25cm, the real 20' container has got 25,4cm.
