We are sorry to inform you of a delivery suspension for SW-72003 1:72 MQ-9 Reaper.

 

Owing to a technical fault and our loosened quality control during Skunkmodel Workshop’s R&D department restructuring this year, the 1:72 MQ-9 plastic sprues were wrongly scaled down to 1:100. The decals, instruction manual and box art, however, were properly produced.

 

We understand that SW-72003 carries our customers’ expectations and would like to identify the best solution that will meet these expectations. The retooled plastic sprues will be available in 3 months time. For customers who have already purchased this model, please advise us if you would like to retain on backorder. If you have already received the wrongly scaled model, please kindly keep it and we will send the corrected sprues to you once available. Should you prefer to receive a refund, we will arrange accordingly.

 

Meanwhile, we continue to learn from the experience to refine our tooling process. For customers who have been troubled by this issue, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
